Progressive The only thing certain about the future is that tomorrow will not look like yesterday.  In view of that fact, Tantara will be focused on improving our services.  If we don't improve daily we will be perceived as a regressive organization.  Rapid, continual improvement is no longer an option; it is necessary for survival.

We will uphold the highest levels of ethical standards held by the industry, communities, and professional organizations in which we serve.
Relationships We will endeavor to establish and maintain long-term relationships that will be beneficial to all.  However, we will not be jealous of any opportunity you have to better yourself apart from us.  If we are not best able to serve the interests of any customer, supplier or employee, we will support his/her efforts to find a replacement, while maintaining a cordial, professional and caring relationship in the future.
Faithfulness We will demonstrate our belief in the fundamental ethics at Tantara on a day-to-day basis, and uphold our loyalty to the fullest extent that our resources will allow.
Empowerment All of us are individuals of free thought, speech and actions.  We will hold ourselves accountable, despite the temptation to explain shortfalls that are outside our control.  We will be accountable for improving service without always depending on additional resources or trade-offs in other areas.
Commitment We will commit to providing service that is perceived by customers to be not just good or excellent, but innovative.  We will be flexible to change systems, structures, and priorities, in order to achieve a culture of continual service improvement.
Trustworthiness We will endeavor at all times to communicate only what is true and factual.
Thoughtfulness We will listen with empathy and encourage customer suggestions on how to improve our service.  We will listen to customers, suppliers, employees, and competitors; quantifying what is heard, and acting quickly to achieve continual improvement.
Equality We will conduct our business in such a consistent and value-controlled manner as to ensure parity.  As a corporate culture and as individuals we will be impartial and treat each customer, vendor and employee with equality.
